Orders & Shipping

When will my order be fulfilled?

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared. After shipment, delivery can take approximately 3–14 days depending on the postal service and destination.

When will my package arrive?

Based on USPS delivery timing, please allow approximately 3–14 days depending on your location.

How does expedited shipping work?

For express shipping, orders placed before 12 PM are prioritized to ship the next business day and are sent through USPS for 2-day shipping. For overnight options, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I make changes after placing an order?

Changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to update a size or shipping detail, contact hello@solstice-swim.com or message @solstice.swim as soon as possible.

Returns

Can I return my package?

Returns are accepted on unworn garments in original condition with the original hygiene liner and tags attached. Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less a $10 shipping fee. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

My package says delivered, but I have not received it.

Please contact USPS first to verify delivery and consider filing a carrier claim. Then let us know so we can help guide you through next steps. Solstice Swim cannot assume responsibility for a missing package after carrier delivery confirmation.

Fabrics & Sustainability

Are your fabrics eco-friendly?

Our premium Italian fabrics use recycled materials recovered from ocean waste, including fishing nets and plastic, and are produced with tested non-toxic dyes.

What is the Solstice Swim journey?

Our sustainability approach includes working with ECONYL®-based recycled materials, responsible Italian fabric production and ethical swimwear manufacturing in Bali.

Swimwear Care

  1. After wearing your Solstice Swim, prepare the garment for hand washing.
  2. Rinse in fresh, cold water as soon as possible. Do not machine wash or use harsh detergents.
  3. Hang to dry and make sure the swimsuit is completely dry before storing.
